摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving soil for efficiently forming a soil improved body of fine quality and comparatively high strength while enhancing the consumption of coal ash and hardly causing the elution of heavy metal or the like included in the coal ash, into the soil. SOLUTION: A single casing, a casing of double structure, or an auger with a pipe body inserted inside, is driven into the prescribed depth of the ground, and the kneaded material formed by previously kneading a prescribed quantity of coal ash, a solidifying material and water of a water/powder ratio of about an optimum water content ratio, is filled in the casing or an inner pipe. The single casing, the inner casing or the inner pipe is vibrated to transmit vibration to the kneaded material to become flowable, and lifted while continuing the vibrating state to leave the kneaded material in the flowable state in the ground.
