PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for mounting a metal skin panel on a beam, which can prevent a gap from being made between floor panels laid on the beam. SOLUTION: This metal fitting is equipped with: a base plate 18 which is attached onto a bottom plate 11a so as to be housed on a panel body 7; a high nut 15 which is fixed to the base plate 18 so as to be housed in the panel body 7; an anchoring plate 17 which is fixed on the side 15b of the other end of the high nut 15 so as to be housed in the panel body 7; a fixing bracket 5 which is formed of a sandwiching plate 20 and an abutting plate 21; and a fixing bolt 6 which is screwed into a screw hole 15c on the side 15a of one end of the high nut 15, so that an upper edge 21a of the abutting plate 21 can abut on an undersurface 2b of the metal skin panel 2, and which makes a flange 9 held in the state of being sandwiched between the sandwiching plate 20 and the panel 2, so that the panel 2 can be fixed onto the beam 3.
