PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in any of impact resistance, flow property, mat property, weatherability, and processing characteristics, and to provide a molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains a resin component (P) containing 20-100 mass% of a graft copolymer (A) mentioned below and a polyalkylene glycol (C). The graft copolymer (A) is the one in which a vinyl polymer is grafted on a (meth)acrylate-based rubbery polymer (G) that has been subjected to the enlargement treatment with an acid-group-containing copolymer latex (K).
