A CD47 partial peptide having an amino acid sequence constituting the extracellular region of CD47 protein having an immunoglobulin-like structure and being capable of binding specifically to the N-terminal immunoglobulin-like structure of SHPS-1 that is a dephosphorylation substrate protein of an SH2 domain-containing protein, which CD47 partial peptide can act on the cellular response functions mediated by SHPS-1; and an anti-SHPS-1 monoclonal antibody.
