<p>The invention relates to a binder made from natural bitumen, or bitumen from the petroleum industry and comprises a first additive made from a hydrocarbon wax, the melting point of which is greater than 85 DEG C. The binder further comprises a fatty acid ester wax of synthetic, vegetable or fossil vegetable origin with a melting point of less than 85 DEG C. The above is of application to the production of sealing coatings for buildings or civil engineering works, coatings for highways or urban areas.</p> |
