Method for fastening a service automat (1) in a position inclined to the vertical, whereby the automat is supported using a mounting arrangement (3) that forms a pivoting linkage with an approximately horizontal pivoting axis (12) that allows the automat to be pivoted back to a vertical position. At the end of the pivoting movement the automat is locked in the vertical position. An independent claim is made for an arrangement with a service automat and a mounting device that permits dismounting of the service automat.
