<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer acceptance system which efficiently deals with transfer requests accepted from customers, for example, in an exchange centralized processing system of baking organs. <P>SOLUTION: A customer brings a floppy disk 20 having private transaction request statement data 25 inputted thereto and an FD transfer application 21 to an office. In the office, the image of the FD transfer application 21 is subjected to character recognition to obtain data such as a requester code and a requester name. A data conversion processing part 28 extracts required transfer data from the private transaction request statement data 25 and utilizes supplementary data taken in from the FD transfer application 21 to generate transfer data 29 in a standardized banking format. Since private transaction request statement data inputted by the customer is utilized and transaction data in a fixed format is obtained by conversion processing of the data, mistakes of data input are reduced and the burden to clerks is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
