PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve less in dispersion for each product and excellent spray atomization. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve comprises a valve seat 14 provided on one end of a valve body 17 and having an injection hole 14b, a valve element 13 which is attached/detached to/from the valve seat 14 to close/open the injection hole 14b, and a swirler 16 which surrounds the valve element 13, slidably supports the valve element 13, and swirls the fluid flowing into the injection hole 14b. The force in the diagonal direction is applied to the fuel flow by providing a ring 15 on a swirl groove inlet part 16e, and an inclined part 16g on a swirl groove outlet part 16h.
