PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide men's underwear made in consideration of sweatiness in sporting time or a hot season such as summer season, sanitary aspect in urinary leakage, and sport or fashion styling, having more excellent fitting properties and comfortable wearing feeling than those of conventional one with respect to the way how to make the underwear and effective use of fabric material to be used. SOLUTION: The men's underwear has the following structure: an upper edge elastic member is arranged at the upper edge of a waist opening part, a belly part filler cloth is arranged at the inside of a crotch part filler cloth of the front body part of the underwear; and the upper end and the lower end of the belly part filler cloth is formed to be an opening part; and a crotch part housing part longitudinally passing through is formed between the crotch part filler cloth and the belly part filler cloth.
