PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting the user's operation for utilizing the IP telephone with an IP address dynamically allotted. SOLUTION: The information managing apparatus 30 comprises an IP information sending means 21 for sending IP information to the managing apparatus 30 after acquiring the IP information including an IP address of its information terminal 10 in response to a request signal from the information terminal 10, an IP information receiving means 61 for registering the IP addresses of the IP information in corresponding terminal managing information acquired by retrieving a database 40 from received IP information from the information terminal 10, and an terminal identification number inputting-connecting means 62 for connecting call with an information terminal 10 belonging to the IP address of corresponding terminal managing information acquired by retrieving the database from an inputted terminal identification number at a call party in response to the request signal from the information terminal 10.
