PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution device capable of efficiently providing PUSH type contents suitable for a request of a user at a low cost. SOLUTION: An event information extraction means 105 extracting event information showing an event comprised in digital data from analysis outputs of semantic contents of the digital data, an information specification means 122 specifying the event information corresponding to the user's taste information registered in advance, a distribution information editing means 126 editing distribution information based on the event information specified by the information specification means, and a distribution means 128 distributing the distribution information edited by the distribution information editing means 126 to the user terminal 20 in a timing corresponding to the distribution condition information showing the conditions in distributing the distribution information to the user registered in advance are provided.
