POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION, MOLDING AND RESIN MAGNET PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin magnet having no reduction in performance by deterioration of a binder resin caused by hydrolysis in a severe environment, especially at high humidity and high temperature. SOLUTION: The polyamide resin composition comprises 80-95 wt.% of magnetic powder and 20-5 wt.% of a binder resin. The binder resin is composed of 0-100 wt.% (except 0 wt.%) of a polyamide-based elastomer and 0-100 wt.% (except 100 wt.%) of a polyamide (the total of the polyamide-based elastomer and the polyamide is 100 wt.%). The polyamide-based elastomer is composed of≥50 wt.% of a polyether amide elastomer (X) having a specific structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
