PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom mold with which defects such as stripes or wrinkles on the bottom part of a glass bottle or defect of kink on the bottom corner part hardly occur and clear knurling and marking are obtained. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral part of the bottom mold including the ground contact part as a molding surface of the bottom mold is formed as an outer peripheral part molding ring separately from a bottom mold body and the outer peripheral part molding ring is engaged with an outer peripheral notch part formed on the upper part outer peripheral part of the main body. The lowering in the temperature of a ground contact part of the glass bottle is reduced to prevent the deterioration of the flowability of the glass to hardly cause the defects such as stripes or wrinkles on the bottom part or kink on the bottom corner part by forming a part where the ground contact part of the glass bottle is molded as the separated body, and as a result, the knurling or the marking formed on the ground contact part is made clear.
