PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor structure provided with a stiffness difference at the front end portion of a main floor panel, and having a structure hard to transmit impact from the front side to the main floor panel. SOLUTION: In the vehicular floor structure, a rear end portion continuing to a tilt wall of a dash lower cross member is joined to the front end portion of the main floor panel, and the front side tilt wall of the joint portion is made to have higher stiffness than the main floor panel. In the rear portion side of the joint portion between the dash lower cross member 5 and the main floor panel 7, a reinforcing member 13 is provided in the front end portion vehicular width direction of the main floor panel 7 to increase the stiffness of the main floor panel behind the reinforcing member 13. The floor structure has a stiffness difference between the stiffness of the main floor panel 7 between the joint portion and the reinforcing member 13, and the stiffness of the main floor panel 7 behind the reinforcing member 13.
