PURPOSE:To enhance the safety of a patient and to miniaturize the title apparatus as a whole while making the handling of the apparatus easy by integrally incorporating a beam source device part for the illumination beam of an endoscope, a laser control part, a laser driving part and an optical system for allowing the laser beam emitted from a semiconductor laser element to enter a laser guide. CONSTITUTION:The light guide cable 8 of an endoscope 2 is connected to the socket part 7 of an illumination beam source device part 3 for an endoscope and an illumination beam source 6 is allowed to light to supply illumination beam to a light guide 9 and the body cavity can be observed by the endoscope 2. In the case of laser treatment, when a laser probe 18 is connected to the socket part 31 of a beam source device part 4 for laser and a guide beam switch 29 is turned ON, a laser control part 12 outputs a control signal and a laser driving part 13 receives said signal to drive a semiconductor laser element 15 for guide beam and laser beam having a wavelength of 0.67mum is emitted to enter the laser probe 18 to irradiate an objective region. When a switch 30 for treatment is turned ON, a semiconductor laser element 16 for treatment is driven and laser beam having a wavelength of 1.06mum is emitted to enter the laser probe 18 to irradiate the objective region. |
