<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a honeycomb laminated body which can form an electric field between electrically good conductive sheet materials A, A via an electrically semiconductive sheet material B, by making alternate laminations of the sheet material A and the sheet material B while leaving gaps parallel to a direction in which gas flows. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material B is formed of the carbides of Si and Ti, the nitrides of Si and Ti, etc., while its resistivity is chosen to have a range from 1X10<5> to 1X10<13>ohm centimeter. A sheet material A is formed by using a compound prepared through the process of changing the compositing of the sheet material B or a ceramic sheet having both metallic foil and graphite mixed respectively thereinto, while choosing its resistivity value to have a range below one tenth the resistivity of the sheet material B, preferably, one hundredth. This honeycomb laminated body provides operational safety because of the capability of applying voltage between the sheet materials A, A, evenly electrifying and heating each of short-distance electric resistors and being put to low-voltage drive use. This structure may be applied to making also a catalystic heater by having a catalyst contained in the sheet materials, while being applied further to making a dust collector also by making use of potential difference.</p> |
