摘要 |
PURPOSE: A display device is provided to reduce the width of a peripheral region, thereby reducing the wire resistance between a driving IC(Integrated Circuit) and an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) on account of shortening of the wire by connecting two bumps of adjacent driving ICs with a connection wire and an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film). CONSTITUTION: A display panel has a display region(34) for displaying an image and a peripheral region(35) for loading a plurality of driving ICs(101a,101b), which supply the signals for driving the display region. A plurality of bumps is formed on the driving IC. A plurality of wires connected to the bumps are formed in the display panel. Herein, two wires(61) corresponding to two bumps of adjacent two driving ICs are connected by an ACF and the two bumps are connected by a connection wire(60). |
