<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermal transfer recording medium which is provided by doing pattern printing in such a manner that ink layers with a plurality of colors and/or a plurality of patterns are mixed onto a substrate, and which can avoid a trouble in the winding of an ink ribbon. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermal transfer recording medium, at least the thermal transfer ink layers with the plurality of colors and/or the plurality of patterns are pattern-printed on the substrate, and spherical particulates with a relationship between a layer thickness and a specific particle diameter are contained in at least each of the thermal transfer ink layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
