PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely control a control object apparatus with ease.

SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 2 uses an interior video pickup means 21 to pick up a video image of a control object apparatus 3 in response to a request from a control terminal 1, and transmits the video image and regional information on a video image corresponding to each control object apparatus 3 to the control terminal 1 being a requester. The control terminal 1 displays the received video image on a display means 13. When a control means 14 enters a position on the video image, the control terminal 1 recognizes the control object apparatus 3 on the basis of the received regional information and displays a control panel image of the control object apparatus 3 on the display means 13. Then the control terminal 1 transmits a control signal for the control object apparatus 3 corresponding to a selected control button to the control object apparatus 3 via a transmission means 100 on the basis of the selection of the control button or the like in the control panel image by the control means 14.
