EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify nitrogen dioxide (NO2) to nitrogen (N2) only by reduction action and reduce cost of catalyst.

SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device purifying nitrogen oxide (NOx) contained in exhaust gas is provided with a discharge device 3 installed in an exhaust pipe 1 in which exhaust gas is discharged and making ozone (O3) obtained by plasma discharge in oxygen (O2) and nitrogen monoxide (NO) contained in exhaust gas react to generate nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) catalyst 5 installed in a later part of the discharge device 3 in the exhaust pipe 1 and reducing nitrogen dioxide (NO2) obtained by the discharge device 3 to generate nitrogen (N2).
