LARGE SCREEN SUPERVISION AND CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large screen supervision and control system that allows simultaneously viewing an ITV animation and a graphic supervision screen.

SOLUTION: The graphic supervision screen 2 of a size encompassing n-screens for grasping the state of a plant by means of the multiscreen controller 12 of a 1-CPU computer, and image display windows 301-309 are provided. Plant state signals are sent from an n-screen output graphic board 1201 via image synthesizing devices 501-503 to the supervision screen 2 for display thereon. NTSC signals from ITV devices 801-803 are converted to RGB signals via an image switching device 6 and synthesized with the state signals by the image synthesizing devices 501-503. The ITV animation converted to RGB is depicted in corresponding image display windows 301-309 by hard overlay method, at the front of the supervision screen 2.
