<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a power system monitoring controller, which can improve safety and work efficiency, enabling the worker to precisely grasp not only the information about the facility on the site but also the information about a wide range of relevant power systems, its method, and a program for power system monitor control. <P>SOLUTION: The power system monitoring controller is composed roughly of a power system monitoring control unit and a portable terminal. This power system monitoring control unit 1 is equipped with a database 10 which stores information about the power system, a data base processing means 11 which processes the database, a monitoring means 12 which monitors the power system, a control means 14 which controls the above facility, a control content inputting means 15 which inputs the control content, an information retrieving and extracting means 16 which fetches the data, based on the specified key information from the database 10, and a key information inputting means 17 which requests information retrieval by designating this key information.
