SEPARATOR FOR ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR USING FINE PHENOL RESIN BASED FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper being used as a separator for an electrolytic capacitor which can be handled easily because it has a strength although it is thin and its density is low and can exhibit excellent electric characteristics, e.g. low impedance and low tanδ. SOLUTION: In a paper being used for an electrolytic capacitor, remarkably fine phenol resin based fibers are employed as principal compositional fibers. A thin and low density separator exhibiting excellent electric characteristics can thereby be produced while sustaining the strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
