PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a traffic accident by watching position information displayed during driving. SOLUTION: A control circuit makes, on receipt of position information A, a timer A start counting in step S3; calculates the distance between two positions, when acquisition of position information B is determined in step S4, from two pieces of position information stored in step S10; calculates the moving speed of the communication device from the calculated distance and the value counted by the timer A, or from the time necessary for movement between the two positions; and prohibits the display of position information when it is determined that the moving speed is a predetermined speed or more.
