摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source follower capable of compensating the critical voltage. SOLUTION: The source follower, capable of compensating the critical voltage has an n-type transistor, a power source, and a switching circuit. The n-type transistor has a drain, a gate and a source, the drain is connected to positive voltage, and the source outputs the output voltage. The power source has a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal is connected to the source of the n-type transistor, and the second terminal is connected to ground voltage. The switching circuit is connected to the n-type transistor, the power source and input voltage, and includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and an accumulation capacitor. Thereby the power source is used to fix the critical voltage of a thin-film transistor, and the input voltage is made substantially the same as that of the output voltage, and accordingly, the error of the output voltage can be retained within an error range of gray level voltage.
