PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer metal sheet gasket which is inexpensive and long in lifetime without being impaired for a sealing function even if a permanent set in fatigue partially occurs. SOLUTION: The gasket is comprised of a sealing member (50A) laminated with not less than three layers of sheet metal pieces (51A, 52A, 53A). In the sealing member (50A), an air hole (55) and mounting holes (56) straddling the air hole are bored. At two layers (51A, 53A) of both sides out of not less than three-layer metal sheet gasket, a plurality of annular beads (Ba1, Ba2, Ba3) are formed to surround the air hole (55) near the air hole (55).
