PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing valve having a positioning mechanism, free from the failure in sealing found when an elastic member can not follow the shape of a groove part as it is deformed, with respect to the opening/closing valve of the fluid such as compressed air, water and oil. SOLUTION: (1) The elastic members such as O-rings used in the opening/closing valve are used in a state of independently having a sealing function or a positioning function, the elastic member for sealing is deformed with the same interference between a communicating state and a blocking state of the opening/closing valve, and the positioning of the opening/closing valve in communicating and blocking is performed by the elastic member for positioning, which is independently mounted. (2) In a case when the elastic member such as the O ring used in the opening/closing valve is commonly used for sealing and positioning, the seal member used also for positioning by engagement of the seal and a groove at an opening/closing operation element blocking position, has the interference smaller than that at the blocking position, when it is located on a communicating position.
