TIRE FABRIC OF SYNTHETIC FIBER FOR RUBBER REINFORCEMENT, AND PNEUMATIC TIRE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire fabric of a synthetic fiber for rubber reinforcement, enabling weft yarns to be uniformly extended according to the increase of spaces between warp yarns when forming the tire fabric into a torus shape in a tire-forming process, and exhibiting excellent effect on the improvement of uniformity of a pneumatic tire; and to ptovide the pneumatic tire using the tire fabric. SOLUTION: The tire fabric is obtained by weaving the warp yarns comprising a synthetic fiber subjected to first twisting and second twisting, with the weft yarns. The initial tensile resistances of the weft yarns are gradually reduced from the center part of the woven fabric to both edge parts of the woven fabric in the weft yarn direction of the tire fabric.
