PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition by formulating a mixture of phenols having little load on human bodies and the environment and excellent in curing promoting effect and plasticizing effect (flexibility) as a curing accelerator. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises a mixture of phenols obtained by mixing one or more kinds of compounds each selected from (A) group: phenol, and alkylphenols each containing a 1-4C aliphatic hydrocarbon group as a substituent group and (B) group: alkylphenols each containing a≥10C aliphatic hydrocarbon group as a substituent group, an epoxy resin and a curing agent.
