PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accuracy of machining high, and at the same time, to realize the efficiency of assembly, by using parts themselves as a machining tool and performing machining and assembly. SOLUTION: A shaft 4 mounted on a spindle 1 is moved by a moving mechanism 3 and is approached to a bearing 8 as an electrode. In this state, power is supplied from a power source 10 and prescribed drilling is performed for the bearing 8 by making a distal end of the shaft 4 as a discharge surface. The shaft 4 is assembled to the bearing 8 by further moving the shaft 4 after finishing the drilling and passing the shaft 4 through the bearing 8 by being rotated by a rotation mechanism 2.
