PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal compound plastic waste disposal method efficiently separating plastic from inorganic matter in the metal compound plastic waste. SOLUTION: In this metal compound plastic waste disposal method of dipping the metal compound plastic waste in a heating medium bath to separate the waste into plastic floating up in the bath and inorganic matter including iron and nonferrous metals sediment, an inert gas is blown into the bath for agitation so that agitation powerε(W/m<SP>3</SP>) meets following equation:ε=6.18(QT/V)ä2.3log((10,330+ρH)/10,330)+(1-298/T)}≥4. Here, Q is agitation gas volume (Nm<SP>3</SP>/min); T is temperature of the heating medium (K); V is the volume of the heating medium bath (m<SP>3</SP>);ρis a density of the heating medium (kg/m<SP>3</SP>); and H is the depth of agitation gas blowing depth (m).
