METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TOOTHBRUSH BY FIXING TOOTHBRUSH TO TOOTHBRUSH BAR WITH INJECTION MOLDING WITHOUT USING WIRE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a toothbrush is provided to increase the productivity of the toothbrush by modifying the shape of the toothbrush bar freely and preventing interference between other processes. CONSTITUTION: A through hole is formed in a head insert(10), and the head insert is manufactured of plastic of 1.5 to 3.0 mm in thickness. A toothbrush(h) is inserted to the back of the head insert, and protruded with 1 to 3 mm. The toothbrush is fastened to the head insert by bonding the protruded toothbrush with heat, and the head insert with the toothbrush is mounted in a toothbrush bar manufacturing mold to place the toothbrush outside the mold. The toothbrush is manufactured by injecting resin to the mold, and formed by injection-molding. The toothbrush is combined with the head insert via first and second containing ports by a rolling plate with insertion rods.
