<p>PURPOSE:To improve vibration resistance, shock resistance, etc., by transferring a resistor onto the surface of a resin substrate and electrically connecting a terminal molded to the resin substrate to the resistor through conductive paste applied to the peripheral section of a pinhole shaped to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 6 formed to the surface of a resin substrate 1 is shaped in an approximately arcuate form, and buried into the resin substrate 1 under the state in which lead terminals 3, 4 are connected electrically at both end sections of the resistor 6 through conductive paste 6a applied to the peripheral sections of pinholes 3a, 4a shaped at one ends of the lead terminals 3, 4, and the other ends of the lead terminals 3, 4 are led out to the outside of the substrate 1. An annular collector electrode section 5a is monolithic-molded at one end of a lead terminal 5, and the outer circumferential section of the collector electrode section 5a is buried in the inner circumferential section of the hole 1a of the resin substrate 1 while the other end is led out to the outside of the resin substrate 1. An adjusting groove 20a is formed on a surface and a central shaft 21 is mounted to a rear in a rotor 20 installed to the resin substrate 1, and a slider 25 is fixed integrally to the rotor 20. Accordingly, a variable resistor excellent in vibration resistance, shock resistance, etc., can be obtained.</p> |
