<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plate sheet magnet which sufficiently satisfies both characteristics of sufficient repulsive force and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet magnet mainly includes a magnetic material, resin, and a cross-linking agent. The magnetic material includes rare earth elements. The resin includes at least one of polyurethane and polycarbonate urethane.
