OUTDOOR INSTALLATION POWER CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation power conditioner capable of preventing the intrusion of rain water.

SOLUTION: The outdoor installation power conditioner comprises a housing 2 having an intake opening 5 and a first exhaust opening 6, a power converting section provided in the housing 2, a fan provided in the housing 2 and supplying gas from the intake opening 5 through the power converting section to the first exhaust opening 6 in order to cool the power converting section, and an exhaust path forming member 3 coupled with the housing 2. The exhaust path forming member 3 communicates with the first exhaust opening 6 to form the exhaust path and has a second exhaust opening 7 for exhausting gas in the exhaust path. The upper surface of the exhaust path forming member 3 is inclined to be lower as it recedes from the housing 2.
