<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter small in size and easy to be assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter comprises an input transformer 1 having a plurality of secondary windings, a transformer board 10 that accommodates the input transformer 1, a three-phase inverter that is one-to-one connected to the secondary winding and constituted by Y-connecting in series a plurality of unit inverters 2 that output single-phase AC voltages of desired frequencies, and a converter board 20 that accommodates the unit inverters 2 constituting the three-phase inverter. The converter board 20 comprises a plurality of support columns 22 composed of insulating materials, and a plurality of steel shelf boards 23 that fasten the adjacent support columns of the plurality of support columns 22, and places the unit inverters 2 on the shelf boards 23, respectively, to fixe them thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
