<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel wherein a reduction in power consumption can be attained by reducing voltage to be undesirably applied to an unselected display electrode by generation of a static capacitance coupling. <P>SOLUTION: A heater member 6 is not formed at the part superposed on the gap between respective signal electrodes 9 in a longitudinally sectional direction in a display region and an insulating layer 7 has a transmission part 22 formed in the position where each dot is disposed and a black matrix part 21 formed at a boundary part between the dots. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
