<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated photovoltaic element which has good photoelectric conversion efficiency, low cost, and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated photovoltaic element laminates more than one unit element (a bottom cell 103a, a middle cell 103b, a and top cell 103c) having a pin structure and has a transparent electrode 104 in the surface of the light incidence side of the laminated unit element. The transparent electrode 104, which is made of indium oxide tin, is characterized that the transmission of the light of the maximum absorption wavelength of the unit element, in which the current by light collection efficiency measurement in a plurality of the unit elements is the smallest, is 90% or more and 99.8% or less and sheet resistance is 50Ω/SQUARE or more and 300Ω/SQUARE or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
