PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor capable of being pressed without damaging a sensor part when being assembled in a housing or applying the preload to a fixed bearing ring. SOLUTION: The sensor part 12 fixed to a bearing part 11 has a sensor cover 17 fixed to an outer ring 14 in a state of covering an axial one end face 14c of the outer ring 14. The sensor cover 17 comprises a flange part 17c extended in the radial direction of the bearing part 11 in a state of being opposite to the axial one end face 14c of the outer ring 14, an intermediate plate part 17d axially extended from the flange part 17c, a pressing plate part 17a extended in the radial direction of the bearing part 11 from the intermediate plate part 17d, and a reinforcement rib 17e formed from the flange part 17c to the intermediate plate part 17d.
