PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal input terminal structure capable of flexibly adapting to a plurality of kinds of image signals in a planar picture display device such as a plasma display device. SOLUTION: There are provided a planar display panel, a display drive circuit block, an input signal circuit block connected between the display drive circuit block and external equipment for outputting an image signal, and a case for accommodating the planar display panel, the display drive circuit block and the input signal circuit block. The input signal circuit block 14 comprises a plurality of kinds of board blocks 23, 24 that can be replaced corresponding to the plurality of kinds of image signals, a fitting port that is arranged in the case 22 and fits the board blocks 23, 24, and a guide member 25 for positioning the board blocks 23, 24 at a specific position.
