<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service distribution system capable of registering one or a plurality of uncharged users of pay services other than charged users. <P>SOLUTION: A first user terminal device 110, a user registration device 120, and a service distribution device 122 are connected via a communication network 100. When the first user 130 makes registration to use a service from the service distribution device 122, the first user 130 can set a second user groups 136 consisting of one or the plurality of users other than the first user himself or herself as the users.
