<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide visitors to amusement facilities such as a theme park with service information in various languages. <P>SOLUTION: A user ID of a subject user U0 is registered in an image storage server 4 in association with a language used by the subject user U0 and a type of service information indicating service content to be provided for the subject user U0. The user ID is stored in a radio tag 30, and the user ID transmitted by the radio tag 30 is received by an information providing terminal 2A. The information providing terminal 2A transmits the user ID to the image storage server 4, and the image storage server 4 transmits the service information in the language used by the subject user U0 corresponding to the user ID to the information providing terminal 2A.
