PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-buried air conditioner facilitating the attachment/detachment work of a filter in cleaning, replacement or the like of the filter. SOLUTION: This ceiling-buried air conditioner comprises a grill frame 3 having an outlet port 6 and a suction port 5 provided at the lower end of a body 2 to be buried in a ceiling, a suction grill 4 provided on the suction port of the grill frame 3, a pre-filter 8 for purifying sucked air detachably set on the suction grill 4, and a lifting device 12 capable of lowering the suction grill 4 and the pre-filter 8 integrally to a filter replacement position. An air cleaning filter frame 23 for containing an air cleaning filter 9 is provided on the suction grill 4, and the air cleaning filter frame 23 is raised and lowered integrally with the suction grill 4.
