PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launcher for large-scale shooting-up of fireworks, having high temperature/pressure resistance and a reduced weight. SOLUTION: The launcher 1 comprises a fiber reinforced plastic cylinder body 2 and a steel inner cylinder 3 fixed to the inside of the cylinder body 2. For fixing the inner cylinder 3 to the cylinder body 2, a plastically deformed part 10 is provided on the side wall of the inner cylinder 3.
