PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular parallelepiped synthetic resin-made bag having a flat top surface which can be opened/closed by a fastener. SOLUTION: An opening/closing riser part 2 is continuously provided on a peripheral edge of one folded part which is partitioned by a transverse center line of a top plate part 1a in the top plate part 1a of a rectangular parallelepiped container part 1 to store a commodity from a bottom surface side. In the riser part 2, an inner side riser part 2a integrally extending from the top plate part 1a overlaps an outer side riser part 2b integrally extending from the container part 1, and an overlapping edge of both riser parts 2a and 2b forms a sealed edge A. In addition, male and female fasteners 3 are formed close to base end parts of the riser parts 2a and 2b, and a perforation 4 for tearing is formed in a part above it.
