PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning controlling device for a vehicle which realizes both of an air-conditioning performance and a traveling performance under a condition that an external condition (altitude difference) of vehicle control is changed. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning controlling device for a vehicle comprises: a throttle opening detection means for detecting a throttle opening; an atmosphere detection means for detecting atmospheric pressure; and a control means for controlling drive of an air-conditioner to be stopped when the throttle opening detected by the throttle opening detection means is judged larger than a full opening judgement value according to the atmospheric pressure. Also, a function for controlling drive of the air-conditioner to restart is added to the control means, when the throttle opening is lower than a release opening under a condition that a period of time after the air-conditioner is stopped exceeds a set stopping time.
