PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular body frame structure capable of suppressing increase in weight even when using an adaptor uniting first and second frame members, improving an outfitting property and assembling accuracy, and making the first and second frame members deformed as predetermined when receiving impact. SOLUTION: On a steel frame 20, flange portions 25, 25 generally orthogonal to each other in a longitudinal direction are formed. On the adaptor 40, vertical groove portions 41, 41 slidably fitted with the flange portion 25, 25 so as to sandwich them from back-and-forth both surfaces are formed. The flange portions 25, 25 of the steel frame 20 are slidably fitted in the vertical groove portions 41, 41 of the adaptor 40 to unite the steel frame 20 and the adaptor 40.
