PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely manage the dosage of the solution of a chemical or the like to a user in a droplet discharge device for pulmonary suction. SOLUTION: In the droplet discharge device 1 for the pulmonary suction, a piston 4 is provided inside a cylinder 3 with an opening part to be communicated with the mouth of the user movably between two positions, the droplet chamber of the maximum volume is formed on the side of the opening part inside the cylinder 3 when the piston 4 takes one position corresponding to expiration, and the droplet chamber of the minimum volume is formed on the side of the opening part inside the cylinder 3 when the piston 4 takes the other position corresponding to inspiration. Further, the device is provided with a housing part for housing a solution housing container 11, and a detection means 7 for detecting that the piston 4 is near one position and jetting a prescribed amount of droplets from the solution housing container 11 into the droplet chamber.
