PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device having well balanced brightness in high magnification and low magnification, having no deviation in the centers of visual fields of two images, and simultaneously performing a magnified observation or specific light observation simultaneously with a regular observation. SOLUTION: The endoscopic device is provided with two objective optical systems comprising a first objective optical system 4 and a second objective optical system 5, and a single solid image sensor 6. A subject existing in front of the first objective optical system 4 or the second objective optical system 5 is focused on respectively different areas of the solid image sensor 6 via the first objective optical system 4 or the second objective optical system 5, and the visual field area of the first objective optical system 4 is included in or overlapped with the visual field area of the second objective optical system 5. In this device satisfies a condition the magnitude of the image formed by the first objective optical system 4 on the solid image pickup element 6 is not less than two times and less than five times of the magnitude of the focused image of the second objective optical system 5.
