A transmission base band signal generator (5) generates base band signals different for the respective branches, which are passed through a switch (6), a for-calibration correction section (7), and a DAC (8), input to a radio transmitter (9) where the signals are up-converted, and then transmitted from an antenna (2). A part of the transmission signals is branched by a directivity coupler (12). The signal branched from each antenna branch (3) is combined by a combiner (13), converted into a base band signal by a for-calibration reception circuit (14), analog-converted by an ADC (15), and input as a feedback signal (fb) to an adaptive controller (16). The adaptive controller (16) calculates a calibration value (cal) at which the power of the error signal which is a difference between the reference signal (ref) and the feedback signal (fb) is minimum, outputs it to the for-calibration correction section (7), and adaptively adjusts the for-calibration correction section (7). |
